The Role

• Managing a varied caseload: freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Delivering clear, proactive client communication throughout each transaction
• Supervising and mentoring junior/support staff
• Supporting marketing, networking and business development activities
• Providing cover for colleagues during absences
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk procedures
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of conveyancing law and market trends

About you

• Law degree, LPC, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer-or strong experience without formal qualifications
• Proven residential conveyancing experience with the ability to run files independently
• Confident using case management systems and digital workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication with a client care focus
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop professionallyCollaborative and supportive team player
