• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Dealing with transfer of equity matters
• Managing new build transactions
• Handling shared ownership files
• Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
• Working closely with colleagues as part of a well-established and supportive team

The Candidate

• Minimum 2 years' fee earning experience within residential conveyancing
• Able to manage a busy caseload independently
• Experience across a broad range of residential property matters
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to "hit the ground running" within a fast-paced environment
• Qualified or non-qualified conveyancers will be considered (e.g. Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner)
