A national award-winning property specialist firm is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its Gloucester office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of residential property matters within a collaborative, modern legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Handling remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
• Managing lease extensions and complex or high-value property matters
• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years' PQE in residential property
• Strong technical knowledge with excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and client care skills
• Able to manage a busy caseload independently
