Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Scope fees for existing clients and manage billing effectively.
• Support junior team members with technical and business advice.
• Contribute to business development and networking initiatives.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE in Residential Property law.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes.
• Excellent organisational and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
