Job Description

A long-established and reputable law firm in the Reading area is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join its expanding Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career within a friendly, well-structured and growing department.

The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases• Remortgages• Transfers of equity• New-build transactions• Help to Buy and shared ownership• Title checks and reporting• Liaising with lenders, agents and third parties

You will benefit from strong administrative support, modern case-management systems, and an established pipeline of steady, high-quality work.

Requirements• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer - NQ up to 6 years' PQE considered• Solid experience handling your own caseload of residential property matters• Strong client-care skills and excellent attention to detail• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team• Confident communicator able to maintain and develop client relationships• Experience with new-builds is desirable but not essential
