Our client is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their expanding team in Cambridgeshire. This role has arisen due to growth, an increased volume of work, and the continued success of the department. The salary is around £55,000, plus benefits including pension, health cash plan, generous holiday allowance, and 1 day per week remote working.

Residential Conveyancing Lawyer - Position OverviewThe successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, working independently while being part of a collaborative team.
Residential Conveyancing Lawyer duties- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Managing files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
- Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to the continued success and growth of the department
- Qualified Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive with strong residential conveyancing experience
- Ability to manage a busy caseload confidently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Proactive, organised, and team-focused approach
- Salary c£55,000 depending on experience
- 1 day per week remote working
