Overview

Residential Conveyancer, Cardiff (Office-based / Hybrid options available)

We are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing legal practice based in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage their own caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential conveyancing files including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Handling matters from instruction to completion
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients at all stages of the transaction

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal
• Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
