Hybrid working: Yes up to 3 possibly 4 days' work from home at clients discretion

Conveyancer role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated property lawyer to join our client's office based in Luton. If you are a confident, friendly and approachable conveyancer with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

The right candidate will have:

• At least 2 years' solid experience of residential conveyancing fee earning
• Handling broad range of residential conveyancing files,
• Great people skills and will be an enthusiastic team player
• Good organisational, time management and IT skills
• Excellent standards of client care and great communication skills

Duties

• Managing residential files like
• Freehold (sales/Purchases)
• Leasehold (sales/Purchases)
• Transfer of equity
