The Opportunity

A well-established and respected law firm in Doncaster is looking to recruit a CILEX-qualified Residential Conveyancer to join its busy property team.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions

You will deal directly with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.

About You

We are keen to speak with candidates who:

• Are CILEX qualified (or equivalent experience considered)
• Have proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
• Are highly organised, with strong attention to detail
• Thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
