Role: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor/Legal executive or licenced conveyancer

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Start date: ASAP

Hybrid working: For the right candidate

Experience: Must have experience handling own residential case load and working as a Fee earner

Conveyancing Fee earner Job Summary:

My client are a reputable multi practise Law firm who have been trading for 100 + years.

Our client DO NOT operate like a conveyancing factory and do not believe in charging min fees and high volume work. As a matter of fact our client have grown from strength to strength in focusing more on quality and customer service. Due to this they are looking to add to their team.

You should be able to:

• Run a substantial caseload and perform a full range of tasks;
• Act independently when establishing priorities and managing deadlines;
• Work well within a team;
• Utilise your experience and knowledge of conveyancing;
• Communicate, and build relationships, with clients and third parties in a professional manner;
• Provide good customer service;

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Complete tasks efficiently, accurately and within specified timescales, such as:
• Manage a substantial caseload of residential transactions
• Checking contract documentation, mortgage offers and search results.
• Replying to legal enquiries
• Resolving queries
• Dealing with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions.

Majority of the case work

• Sales and Purchases
• Leasehold
• Re- Mortgages
• Transfer of equity
• Shared Ownership
