️ WHAT WILL YOU DO

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks

• Monitor the performance of solar, wind, and BESS assets through centralized digital tools and dashboards, ensuring anomalies are promptly identified.
• Execute established operational processes and procedures to maintain consistency, compliance, and efficiency across all monitored assets.
• Provide timely follow-up actions to ensure performance standards are met.
• Respond promptly to alarms and operational issues, coordinating dispatch of appropriate resources and ensuring follow-up actions are completed to maximize asset availability.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams or external service providers as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational data, especially within the CMMS and related tools, contributing to performance reports and analytics that support performance measure tracking and organizational decision-making.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external providers to gather feedback on service enhancements, share insights with management, and facilitate improvement opportunities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field is a plus)
• Native Spanish Language and Advanced level of English (C1)
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, monitoring, or control centers
• Experience with monitoring systems, dashboards, and CMMS
• Basic knowledge of solar, wind, or battery storage systems (BESS is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues in real-time data
• Comfortable following processes and adapting in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills for reporting and teamwork
• Problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shift-based schedules
