Job Description

The Contracts Solicitor will be:

  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing SaaS agreements and service contracts
  • Managing a diverse caseload of contracts across public and private sectors
  • Advising on public procurement regulations and compliance requirements
  • Supporting the business through tender processes and contract frameworks
  • Collaborating with sales, procurement, and stakeholders
  • Helping to optimise legal templates and streamline contract workflows
  • Mitigating legal and commercial risk through sound legal advice

The Successful Applicant

The Contracts Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE
  • Experienced in drafting and negotiating SaaS and cloud-based contracts
  • Skilled in public procurement law and frameworks
  • Commercially minded with strong interpersonal and advisory skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
