Contracts Manager (Manufacturing)

Shifts are Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. This is a permanent position based at the company's Rasharkin / Ballymena office. The role offers growth opportunities and a competitive salary, fully negotiable, along with other excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence, and quality standards.
2. Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and the internal design team to meet contractual obligations.
3. Lead multiple contracts across Ireland and the UK, from mobilisation to handover.
4. Interpret and manage contract terms, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
5. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and consultants to meet expectations.
6. Provide operational input on tenders and develop project execution strategies.
7. Ensure adherence to quality management plans and maintain good industrial relations.
8. Prepare project update reports and develop detailed schedules with milestones.
9. Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements.
10. Monitor and update RFI schedules, progress of works, and procurement schedules.
11. Manage the design review process and prepare client progress reports.
12. Conduct weekly progress meetings and ensure project documentation is up-to-date.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Contracts Management, Senior Project Management in Construction or Installation, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of contracts management and site practices.
