Contracts Manager (Construction)

A leading tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in the Dublin region. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of multiple award winning, multi million euro construction projects, working within a high performing and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from pre construction through to completion.
• Lead project teams including Project Managers, QSs, and site staff.
• Chair pre contract, progress, and project close out meetings.
• Support early design coordination and subcontractor engagement.
• Monitor site operations, logistics, and overall project performance.
• Identify programme risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure subcontractors are aligned with project programmes.
• Manage commercial performance in conjunction with QS and project teams.
• Oversee procurement, budgets, and cost control across all projects.
• Support resolution of claims, variations, and contractual issues.
• Drive strong health & safety performance across all sites.
• Ensure high quality delivery and compliance with QA standards and BCAR requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in construction.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction contracts and BCAR requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, hands on approach to project delivery.

Salary Package

• €110,000 - €120,000 (DOE)
