We are hiring for our client, a leading construction and civil engineering contractor, to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for their growing Building Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established business delivering residential, commercial, educational and infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland and Ireland.

The successful Contracts Manager will play a key role in managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring quality delivery, programme adherence and strong client relationships.

The Role
  • Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and legal standards
  • Oversee project programmes, quality assurance and contract administration
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors and stakeholder relationships
  • Monitor budgets, project costs and financial performance
  • Support design management and technical coordination on D&B projects
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain IMS procedures
The Person
  • 10+ years' relevant construction experience with a related qualification
  • Strong residential construction project experience essential
  • Experience with JCT, NEC, PWC contracts and PCSA stages
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office and MS Project
  • Full driving licence and relevant industry certifications
