Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join the Apleona team in Dublin 14
Main duties and responsibilities- Ensure consistent achievement of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain operational excellence, compliance, and safety standards.
- Drive service innovation and implement process improvements across contracts.
- Manage full P&L responsibility for assigned contracts, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for additional works, efficiencies, and margin growth.
- Support the Portfolio Director in pricing, renewals, and commercial negotiations.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, fostering strong and collaborative relationships.
- Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews to discuss service quality, performance metrics, and improvement plans.
- Proactively address issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead, develop, and motivate site-based teams to deliver high-quality service.
- Conduct regular training, toolbox talks, and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning across your contracts.
- Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company HSEQ standards, statutory obligations, and industry best practice.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation, risk assessments, and site logs.
- Provide monthly performance reports and updates to management and clients.
- 3+ years' experience in a FM Management or similar FM leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multi-site commercial or retail contracts.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrable P&L management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Experience in managing diverse teams and driving performance improvements.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance in FM environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CAFM system experience advantageous.
- Results-driven and commercially focused.
- Professional, confident, and able to influence at all levels.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
