Job Description

The Contracts Manager position will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including; Sales Contracts, Master service agreements, Framework agreements, SaaS agreements etc.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in legal agreements to protect the organisation's interests.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and manage amendments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance on contract terms and conditions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of contracts for easy access and reference.
  • Support the resolution of disputes and liaise with external legal counsel as required.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and legal standards in all contract processes.
  • Provide training and support to team members on contract-related matters.
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Contracts Manager should have:

  • A strong background within contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and industry regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail for risk assessment and compliance.
  • Experience with contract management software or databases.
