Job DescriptionThe Contracts Manager position will involve the following responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including; Sales Contracts, Master service agreements, Framework agreements, SaaS agreements etc.
- Identify and mitigate risks in legal agreements to protect the organisation's interests.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and manage amendments when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance on contract terms and conditions.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of contracts for easy access and reference.
- Support the resolution of disputes and liaise with external legal counsel as required.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and legal standards in all contract processes.
- Provide training and support to team members on contract-related matters.
The successful candidate for the Contracts Manager should have:
- A strong background within contract management.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and industry regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to detail for risk assessment and compliance.
- Experience with contract management software or databases.
This is an interim position for an initial period of 3 months, but with the opportunity to be extended or could even become permanent.
- Hybrid working is available- 2 days a week in the office.
- Parking is available on site.
