- UK - £80,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension The Job: We are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale anaerobic digestion and biogas projects.
This is a senior role with responsibility for project delivery, commercial performance, client relationships, team leadership and health & safety.
You'll oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across complex engineering and construction projects
- Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact
- Oversee programme, budget, procurement, commercial performance and risk
- Drive high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance
- Lead and develop project teams
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growthThe Company: A leading engineering and infrastructure business specialising in water, wastewater, anaerobic digestion and biogas solutions across the UK and Ireland.
The business is focused on delivering innovative, sustainable infrastructure and is continuing to grow its specialist team.
The Candidate
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar Contracts Manager or senior project delivery role
- Strong experience managing large-scale construction, infrastructure or engineering projects
- Experience within anaerobic digestion, biogas, water, wastewater or bioresources would be highly advantageous
- Strong commercial, contractual and project management knowledge
- Proven leadership and client management experience
- Good understanding of HSQE and environmental requirements
- Strong communication, decision making and problem-solving skills The Package

Candidate Requirements All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for.
Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
