Our long term client, a highly reputable main contractor in Ireland with a group turnover of approximately €500 million, is opening a Contracts Director position in the Cork/Munster region.

Overview

The role will carry a high degree of autonomy, requiring exceptional interpersonal, transactional, and technical skills. It reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer for day to day management and operational matters, and liaises with Commercial, Corporate Services, Finance and HR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts and project delivery across the Cork/Munster region.
• Maintain and enforce compliance with company policies, relevant legislation and industry standards.
• Provide strategic guidance on contractual risk management and commercial negotiation.
• Report to the COO on day to day management and operational matters.
• Liaise with Commercial, Corporate Services, Finance and HR to align contractual objectives with business goals.
