Our client based in Thame is seeking an Administrator to join their team, with an immediate start available.
The RoleThis is a varied administration position where you will play a key role in supporting contract management, ensuring compliance processes are maintained, and providing excellent administrative support across the team.
Key Responsibilities- Setting up contracts and work schedules on internal systems
- Managing invoicing schedules and processing contract invoices throughout the month
- Producing end-of-month contract finance reports
- Updating trackers, renewals, new contracts and lost contracts
- Liaising with internal teams and consultants
- Following up on contract-related queries
- Filing engineer reports following contract visits
- Assisting management with contract allocations
- Raising credit paperwork and supporting dispute resolution processes
- Providing general administrative support across the department
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Confident using multiple IT systems and able to adapt quickly to new software
- Professional telephone manner
- Proactive and positive approach to work
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
