Contract University Tech Recruiter: Interns & New Grads

Databricks Inc. is seeking a University Recruiter (Contract) to enhance our early career program. This role involves supporting interns through their summer program, managing full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, and maintaining a great candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and closing technical candidates while fostering a diverse recruitment environment. You'll also support team matching and allocation with leaders during events.
