Job Description

Unity is seeking a Technical Recruiter on a 6 month fixed term contract to accelerate hiring across AI/ML, engineering, data and cloud/DevOps. This delivery-led role requires advanced sourcing, technical fluency and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.

You will build pipelines with Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, HuggingFace, Stack Overflow, Kaggle and more, and lead structured screenings to maintain a high-touch candidate experience.
