We work in partnership with each of our trusts to support staff shortages across the wards seamlessly and efficiently. Our highly skilled healthcare professionals work with us because we're able to offer them opportunities at some of the most prestigious NHS and NHS Foundation Trusts in the UK and we are looking for a Contract Support Partner to join our team. Our team is committed to delivering a quality customer experience and works collaboratively to achieve outstanding results. As a Contract Support Partner, you will play a crucial role in performing tasks supporting the contract support function and the wider Strategic Workforce division.

Every day you will

• Assist suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders with agency invoice queries and facilitate resolution
• Controlling and maintaining agency invoice self-bill platform
• Produce weekly accurate billing files to clients
• Administer and configure Agency and Bank Rates on IQX and Bank Staff Systems within appropriate governance and sign off
• Various ad-hoc duties which may arise

• Previous experience in customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and curious in nature

• Proficient IT skills and experience with MS Office packages
