Salary£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience and career pathway.
- Lower end suitable for entry-level finance candidates studying towards qualifications
- Higher end suitable for experienced career administrators
We are looking for a proactive and organised Contract Support Assistant to join our team. Reporting into Finance, this role is primarily administrative and operational, supporting the smooth running of contracts and projects.
Key duties include project set-up, raising invoices, receipting purchase orders, maintaining records, and providing general contract support.
We are looking to build a mixed team of:
- Long-term career administrators
- Entry-level finance candidates looking to progress into accounting roles
- Set up projects and contracts on internal systems
- Raise invoices and receipt purchase orders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support contract administration and reporting
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding queries
- Assist with month-end and finance administration tasks
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and controls
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience in administration, contract support, or finance support
- Experience with invoicing and PO processing
- Finance system or ERP experience Additional Information
