Job Description
Contract Support Administrator - Walsall, UK

Location: Walsall, West Midlands (WS2 8LD)

Full time, Permanent - 37.5 hours per week - Onsite.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all customer contract activities to achieve excellent satisfaction.
  • Greet customers when dropping or collecting vehicles; provide service desk telephone support.
  • Book maintenance, service and repairs for vehicles.
  • Raise tasks in in house systems and order parts from suppliers.
  • Develop customer relationships through service excellence.
  • Attend all internal and external meetings to meet role demands.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to communicate requirements and fulfil contractual obligations.
  • Deal effectively with all customer concerns.
  • Create and submit management information and reports.
Essential Experience
  • Previous administration role experience.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service and building rapport.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good internal and external relationships.
Qualifications

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must obtain and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) / Non Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) clearance. Eligibility may be affected by nationality, citizenship, residency, etc.
