Job Description

Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk, contract support, or scheduling role
  • Experience in a field service, HVAC, facilities management, or engineering environment is advantageous
  • Familiarity with FSM systems such as Joblogic, SIMPRO, or similar
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workflows
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • IOSH training or experience producing RAMS is desirable
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prioritise incoming small works and projects
  • Schedule engineers and ensure attendance within agreed SLAs
  • Manage the full job lifecycle, including ordering parts and liaising with suppliers
  • Monitor job profitability and ensure work stays within agreed cost estimates
  • Prepare and issue RAMS documentation for all works
  • Review engineer reports and submit them to clients within deadlines
  • Maintain regular, professional communication with clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries and ensure prompt resolution
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Maintain accurate records and system updates
