Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year
Requirements- Previous experience in a helpdesk, contract support, or scheduling role
- Experience in a field service, HVAC, facilities management, or engineering environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with FSM systems such as Joblogic, SIMPRO, or similar
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workflows
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- IOSH training or experience producing RAMS is desirable
- Coordinate and prioritise incoming small works and projects
- Schedule engineers and ensure attendance within agreed SLAs
- Manage the full job lifecycle, including ordering parts and liaising with suppliers
- Monitor job profitability and ensure work stays within agreed cost estimates
- Prepare and issue RAMS documentation for all works
- Review engineer reports and submit them to clients within deadlines
- Maintain regular, professional communication with clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries and ensure prompt resolution
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
