Job Title: Contract Support Administrator

Location: London (Hackney)

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour (PAYE)

Job Type: Temporary (Full-Time)

Hours: 40 hours per week (standard office hours)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Contract Support Administrator to join a busy facilities management contract based in Hackney. This is a fast-paced, office-based role supporting the day-to-day delivery of maintenance services.

You'll be the link between engineers, subcontractors, and the client, ensuring jobs are booked, tracked, and completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and booking planned and reactive maintenance works
  • Chasing engineers and subcontractors for updates and job completion
  • Updating internal systems with job progress and status
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure service delivery
  • Supporting the contract team with general administrative duties
  • Ensuring SLAs and deadlines are met
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a contract support / helpdesk / FM admin role preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook essential)
  • Experience with CAFM systems is advantageous
