Job Title: Contract Support Administrator
Location: London Borough of Hackney - Maurice Bishop House, London
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (40 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary Assignment - 10 March 2026 to 20 June 2026

We are currently recruiting for two Contract Support Administrators to assist the facilities management team supporting a large public sector contract within the London Borough of Hackney.
This role will involve providing day-to-day administrative support to the contract management and engineering teams, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance works are coordinated efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the contract management team with daily administrative tasks
- Scheduling and booking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Liaising with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate maintenance activities
- Chasing updates on outstanding jobs and ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales
- Updating internal systems with job progress and completion details
- Assisting with general contract administration and reporting
- Previous experience in contract support, facilities administration, or service coordination
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience liaising with contractors, engineers, or maintenance teams
- Good IT skills and ability to update job tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a busy office environment
Temporary assignment running until June 2026
Based within the London Borough of Hackney offices
Standard office hours 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
This position would suit someone with experience supporting facilities management or maintenance contracts who is comfortable coordinating engineers and managing service requests.
