Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative global talent acquisition team while managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical and professional hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from role briefing through to offer management and onboarding support
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Conduct high-volume candidate screening and telephone interviews
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market engagement
  • Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists within agreed timelines and service levels
  • Manage candidate and hiring manager expectations throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure all recruitment activity is accurately maintained within the applicant tracking system
  • Support hiring approvals and ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policy and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and act as a trusted recruitment advisor
  • Contribute ideas and process improvements to support continuous enhancement of recruitment delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues across talent acquisition and wider business functions globally
Skills & experience Required
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within technical or professional services hiring
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • experience managing multiple vacancies in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight timelines
  • Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining high-quality delivery
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
