Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from role briefing through to offer management and onboarding support
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct high-volume candidate screening and telephone interviews
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market engagement
- Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists within agreed timelines and service levels
- Manage candidate and hiring manager expectations throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure all recruitment activity is accurately maintained within the applicant tracking system
- Support hiring approvals and ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policy and regulatory requirements
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and act as a trusted recruitment advisor
- Contribute ideas and process improvements to support continuous enhancement of recruitment delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues across talent acquisition and wider business functions globally
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within technical or professional services hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- experience managing multiple vacancies in a high-volume environment
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight timelines
- Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining high-quality delivery
