Contract RC Framework Site Manager

Location: The Liberties, Dublin 8
Project Type: 235 Key New Build Hotel with Retained Historic Façade
Contract Duration: 6 to 9 Months

This role supports the delivery of a high profile 235 key hotel development at 55 Fumbally Lane, integrating a protected historic façade with a substantial new contemporary structure. The site features:

• Archaeological investigation works
• CFA & rotary piling
• Green and blue roof systems
• Ideal for a Site Manager experienced in complex RC frame and formwork on tight urban sites, this contract is suited to someone who can maintain pace, quality, and safety in a constrained heritage environment.

• Manage delivery of the in situ concrete structure, including piling interfaces and sequencing
• Oversee formwork systems, temporary works, tower crane lifts, and pour cycles.
• Ensure structure integrates correctly with retained façade and future envelope installation.
• Coordinate safe interaction between structural works and the retained historic façade.
• Maintain short term and long term programme for RC and envelope packages.
• Monitor workmanship and concrete quality against spec and compliance requirements.
• Manage TQ/RFI close outs related to structural components.

• Enforce safe systems of work on a constrained city centre site.
• Ensure temporary works designs are approved and implemented safely.
• Monitor environmental impacts (noise, dust, water) suited to heritage streetscapes.

• Lead daily coordination with concrete subcontractors, façade retention team, envelope installers, and fit out trades.
• Ensure site logistics flow efficiently despite tight access constraints.

• 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager in RC frame / concrete focused roles.
• Proven delivery on multi storey concrete structures in urban environments.
