Are you an experienced Quality Inspector with CMM Programming experience gained within the space, aerospace, or another high-precision engineering environment? Do you have a strong understanding of dimensional inspection, quality assurance processes and AS9100 standards?
Our client, a leading manufacturer of precision-engineered components, is seeking a CMM Programmer / Quality Inspector to join their team on an initial 6-month contract, Outside IR35.

Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:45, Friday 08:00 - 12:00

Responsibilities- Program, operate and maintain CMM equipment to inspect components and assemblies against engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform dimensional, visual and final inspections
- Maintain accurate, traceable inspection records and quality documentation
- Support AS9100, ISO 9001, Health & Safety and Environmental standards while collaborating with internal teams, suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues
- Experience using PC-DMIS software
- Proven experience programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, geometric tolerances and technical specifications
- Immediate start
- 6 month contract (minimum)
- Outside IR35 contract
