Overview

Are you an experienced Contract Packer with a keen eye for detail? Join our team for a client based in Market Harborough and play a crucial role in packing and preparing products for shipment in a precise and efficient manner.

The hours of work for this role are 7.30am - 3.30pm or 8.30- 4.30pm Monday to Friday - NO WEEKENDS

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare products for shipment with precision and efficiency
• Ensure adherence to company packing standards and instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in packing or warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to follow specific packing instructions and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
• Capability to lift and move heavy items, as required

Day-to-day

• Receive packing instructions and gather necessary materials
• Pack and arrange products in designated containers or packaging
• Label, seal, and stack packed items for shipment
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies with the packing process
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient work flow
