Contract Opportunity - Property Systems Analyst - £500pd umbrella - London/Bristol or Manchester

A large UK bank is looking for a Property Systems Analyst to join as they implement a new property management system.

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience of a Property Management system: Yardi/Qube/Realpage
  • A genuine systems mindset/ability to learn new systems
  • Managed systems, configuration, writing reports
  • Experienced in repairs, maintenance, management
  • Inquisitive nature, needs experience but willing to learn
  • Change management/JIRA experience
  • PowerBI - would be advantageous
