The Asset Management Team is part of the Property Department and works across all companies within Hillcrest. Our main purpose is to ensure all residential and commercial properties are managed and maintained in compliance with statutory and legislative requirements and to deliver high-quality, effective asset investment services.
Responsibilities- Play a key role managing utilities and energy across housing, communal, and commercial properties. You'll oversee gas, electricity, water, heat networks, EV chargers, and renewable energy systems, monitor smart meters, support energy efficiency projects, and help drive our Net Zero goals-all while collaborating with teams to deliver tenant-focused, sustainable services.
- Is qualified in energy, utilities, housing, or facilities management.
- Has hands-on experience with energy, utilities, and compliance.
- Is tech-savvy with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Is organised, a problem-solver, and an excellent communicator.
