Responsibilities- Utilize scientific expertise to develop high-quality, client-ready scientific, medical, and educational materials such as slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, training slide decks, infographics, congress materials, literature reviews, response letters, and HCP engagement content, following client needs and under the guidance of scientific leads.
- Build trusting, professional relationships with international pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders, including authors and key opinion leaders across therapeutic areas, anticipating their needs.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with team members, authors, clients, and vendors.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and training to enhance skills and contribute to organizational goals.
- Attend external meetings and support senior team members as needed.
- Apply scientific and creative knowledge to develop ideas and execute medical communication initiatives in digital spaces, including publication extenders, infographics, interactive assets, website content, patient narratives, and engagement plans.
- Ensure all materials comply with client requirements, SOPs, style guides, templates, and internal standards, keeping documents updated.
- Serve as a document specialist, providing intellectual input across various document types and making research accessible to target audiences.
- Share best practices and client preferences to foster skill development within the team.
- 1-3 years of relevant scientific writing experience.
- PhD/MD (Pharmacology) or PhD (Life Sciences), PharmD, MPharm/M.Sc with knowledge of clinical research and medical communication.
- Clear, concise scientific writing style with high attention to detail and excellent language skills.
- Ability to adapt writing style for different materials and audiences.
- Basic knowledge of biostatistics.
- Strong literature review and evaluation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Ensure you meet the role requirements and have legal authorization to work in the advertised country before applying. The first step involves a Technical Interview with Hiring Managers, followed by a Technical Assessment with a set deadline.
