Contract Manufacturer Project Manager

The Voyager team is an engineering and design division with expertise in developing innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge, integrating enterprise networking capabilities from global IT leaders to meet market demands under stringent environmental requirements.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Management Office team in Dublin. This role is ideal for a Business Management expert who serves as the primary liaison between the Anduril Operations & R&D facility in Dublin and our contract manufacturers across five sites, overseeing the product lifecycle from NPI onboarding to mass production. They ensure quality, manage production schedules, control costs, and mitigate supply chain risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Defines and manages the overall programme CM strategy and roadmap, facilitating the gap between our business strategy and CM execution
• Aligns multiple Anduril project teams' requirements to a common vision and goal within the CM
• Manages interdependencies, risks, and resources across projects
• Engages senior stakeholders and ensures benefits are realized
• Provides governance and oversight without micromanaging product delivery
• Leads the CM expectations through influence rather than authority
• This person is comfortable with ambiguity and complexity and plays a critical role in ensuring our business demands can fluctuate and change while delivering measurable impact with requisite products

Required Qualifications

• Professional Business Management Qualification (minimum Level 7)
• Professional Operations Management Qualification (minimum Level 6)
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
• Change management expertise
• Project Management capability
• Experience in financial reporting P&L, unit cost management, etc.
• Creation, development and management of KPI standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Highlight additional skills and/or behaviours that exceed minimum requirements (nice to haves)
• Understanding of CI
• Operational Management Experience minimum 10 years
• Understanding of ISO , QMS, GMP

UK Salary Range. €53,000-€70,000 EUR. This salary range is an estimate based on a range of factors; actual offer may vary depending on experience, education, and business considerations.
