Contract Manager (Security)

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Contract Manager for a 8 months+ contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

The Interim Senior Contract Manager is responsible for actively managing and optimizing existing contractual relationships with multiple large security companies that are responsible for the deployment. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, identifying and mitigating risks, and realizing maximum contractual and operational value during the remaining contract term.

The contract manager acts as a lynchpin between internal stakeholders (such as security, operations, legal and procurement) and external suppliers. He/She is responsible for conducting regular performance and progress meetings with suppliers, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, and resolving escalations. In doing so, there is close cooperation with operational teams to continuously improve both service delivery and cooperation with suppliers.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management within complex (preferably public or security-oriented) organizations.

• Demonstrable experience in managing contracts with external suppliers in critical environments (such as airports, government agencies or infrastructure).

• Experience with supplier management at tactical and strategic level.

• Including conducting performance interviews, escalations, improvement processes and stakeholder management.

• Experience with contract analysis and drafting change proposals or improvement proposals is an advantage.

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as privacy legislation (GDPR), procurement rules (if applicable) and contractual liability.
