About the Role

On behalf of a leading player in Belgium's railway infrastructure sector, we are hiring an experienced Construction Contract Manager (CCM) to support large-scale public works projects. This position involves overseeing the execution of construction contracts on-site, ensuring that infrastructure works are delivered in line with technical specifications, budget, schedule, and safety standards.

You'll join a multidisciplinary environment where coordination across civil engineering, catenary, signaling, and track systems is critical to project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise infrastructure construction contracts on-site
• Ensure compliance with scope, timelines, budget, and quality requirements
• Lead contractor performance and enforce project standards
• Handle technical coordination in multi-specialty environments
• Guarantee team adherence to safety and labor regulations (CCT NRT/WTO)
• Be present during key night and weekend works as required

Required Profile

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 5-10 years in railway or large infrastructure projects

• Technical skills:
• Sound knowledge of railway safety legislation (e.g., Bundle 63 v2.1)
• Familiarity with ETCS PLP signaling systems
• Capable of independently managing complex sites or multiple simpler sites

• Soft skills:
• Team leadership and motivation
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and quality

Languages

• Fluent in Dutch and French (required)
