Role: Contract Manager - Subcontractor

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules to guide the project team.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Monitor and track project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Report and escalation to management as needed on project status and issues.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar construction management role in Ireland.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership qualities and team management experience.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
• Experience managing budgets and financial aspects of projects.
• Full driving licence
