What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leadership & Strategy - Inspire and manage a team of 7 direct reports and oversee a workforce of around 240 people.
  • Financial & Contract Management - Ensure all contractual terms are met while optimising profitability and achieving financial targets.
  • Operational Excellence - Oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
  • Client Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Growth & Development - Identify opportunities to enhance and expand service offerings.
  • Continuous Improvement - Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for operational enhancements.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proven leader with senior management experience.
  • A results-driven professional with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience in highly commercial and price-sensitive markets with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. A flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to shifting business priorities.
  • Facilities management, including waste management.
  • Soft services, particularly catering and hospitality.
  • FM accreditation (IWFM) or working towards certification.
