Contract: Assistant Site Manager - Traditional Homes

Fawkes and Reece, on behalf of a 150-unit traditional housebuilder in Altrincham, seeks an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager on a 3-month contract. The role focuses on safety, programme and quality across a new build residential development.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, uphold health and safety standards and ensure timely completion, with strong emphasis on traditional build practices.
