Overview

Contract & Procurement Professional for a major offshore wind project in France.

Responsibilities

Contribute to defining and drafting procurement procedures applicable to the project.

Acculturate and support project team members in procurement best practices.

Ensure validation of procurement decisions in line with company governance.

Assist in entering purchase orders into NetSuite and archiving complete procurement records.

Review contracts for compliance with project constraints, particularly for external studies and services.

Support contract management, including tracking commitments and handling disputes.

Propose tools for procurement reporting with relevant performance indicators.

Qualifications

Ability to manage heavy workload in a fast paced environment.

Knowledge of project phases including some experience as package contract engineers.

Contract preparation, CFT, negotiation, administration.

EPC contract professional (15 years dedicated to Projects).

Ability to work with complexity and challenging stakeholders.
