Job Description
Manchester Arndale is seeking a skilled administrative professional for a role focused on facilities management. The position will involve supporting the scheduling of subcontractor work, updating internal systems, and ensuring effective contract performance through detailed reporting.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, with administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of CAFM systems and previous experience in a similar capacity are desirable. The role is predominantly Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30.
