We've opened an exciting opportunity for a talented, entrepreneurial Contract Administrator to work alongside exceptional people supporting on-site projects in Nunavik, Quebec, from May to November 2026.

Your Role as Contract Administrator:

Let's talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As the Contract Administrator, your role will include:

  • Travelling to remote Nunavik, Québec communities and conducting general conformance review on assigned construction sites. Typical work rotations would be two weeks in the northern communities, and two weeks off.
  • Managing and tracking incoming and/or outgoing project tasks during the construction phase of projects. Resolving construction issues with the assistance of the Project Manager.
  • Coordinating with Housing Project Manager, Consultants and General Contractors to track project schedules, as well as being responsible for the submission of deliverables.
  • Conducting field reviews and contract administration duties, including populating and updates to various logs/schedules such as daily site reviews, weekly progress reports and progress payments.
  • Writing and reviewing reports, specifications, and other engineering documents to ensure adherence to contract documents and quality standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with contract standards and participating in construction progress meetings.
