The Contract Administrator at Linde Material Handling will manage the full life cycle of contracts for customer-owned trucks and ancillary services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities- Create, manage, and administer the full lifecycle of all contracts for truck sales and ancillary goods.
- Process contract changes, extensions, pay-as-you-go agreements and relocations accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate the termination of truck contracts, including logistics with third-party transport providers.
- Manage contract backlog and ensure contract accuracy.
- Implement CPI (Consumer Price Index) adjustments and other maintenance contract pricing changes.
- Manage the contract query log and block billing to ensure timely cash flow.
- Process purchase orders.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with customers and internal teams, providing updates and resolving inquiries.
- Address and resolve invoice queries within established timeframes.
- Build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Set up and manage maintenance (service/warranty) and LOLER inspection plans to meet health & safety compliance standards.
- Schedule truck collections and deliveries to and from customer sites and depots across Ireland.
- Identify and implement solutions to improve contract administration and end-to-end business efficiency.
