Job Title: Functional Analyst - SAP S/4 HANA MM and WM (Contract)

Location Hybrid: The role will be predominantly remote and you are required to be in the London office on adhoc basis. You need to be in the office on week 1 for your onboarding and for any workshops.

Target Start Date: July 2025

Contract duration: 4 months (potential to extend)

Day Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35)

About the Project

We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst in S/4 HANA Managed Supply Chain for a global oil and gas client. Join the ERP Functional team working on one of the largest oil and gas S/4 HANA Implementation globally. You will be responsible for working as a Functional Analyst in the build phase of the project and report to the client. You will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:

•Senior Consultant or Manager level experience in SAP Material Management,Warehouse Management and Transportation Management

•Strong experience in S/4 HANA implementation (minimum 3-4 E2E cycles) in Supply Chain and Logistics

•Hands-on SAP Materials Management Functional experience in Supply Chain and cross functional Warehouse Management

•Experience in setting up and working with reports, interfaces, Workflow and enhancements

•Have SAP Functional and Analytical Skills for supporting projects and enhancements.

•Excellent project management skills - work independently, own and deliver project deliverables and meet key deadlines.

•Consulting/advisory skills - have excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Able to present recommendations, ideas or solutions to the client, the team and stakeholders.

•Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with the client and project team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Desired Skills & Experience

•Knowledge of RLM/Field Logistics

•2- 5 years working for clients in Service, Manufacturing, Oil or Gas Industry is preferable

•Certification in S/4 HANA Warehouse Management or Transportation Management

•Awareness in Basic ABAP

Deliverables - responsibilities but not limited to;

•Configuration of documents and write Single Functional test document

•Configuration and testing of SAP system: Run SAP debugging, Functional walkthrough and testing sessions

•Deliver Change requests, Data requests, Incidents and Requests, as per business needs
