• Join an experienced Litigation team handling a broad range of complex and high-value Contentious Probate disputes on behalf of a diverse client base.
• Manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to resolution, providing clear, practical advice on sensitive and often complex private client litigation matters.
• Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, carrying out early case assessments, drafting pleadings and court documentation, preparing matters for hearings, conferences and mediations, and ensuring compliance with all court deadlines.
• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years' of litigation experience and a strong background in Contentious Probate matters.
• A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach is essential, together with the confidence to advise clients on sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism.
