Our client is a listed, major UK brand.

Job Description

As part of a team of 8 contentious construction specialists, you will support the business on disputes of varying sizes.

1. You will manage your own cases, primarily smaller matters, with supervision when needed, fostering an open and collaborative team environment.
2. You will also support the team on larger cases, including managing external counsel.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer in England & Wales with 4 to 10 years PQE, possessing in-depth experience in Construction Law and Litigation, gained either in private practice or within a legal team of an established construction sector brand.

Candidates with both contentious and non-contentious experience should have at least 50% of their expertise in contentious matters.

Desirable: Knowledge of Copilot or willingness to learn its functions.
