Job Description

With Intelligence is seeking a Content Support Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover. The role involves supporting the Content team with tasks that contribute to developing and executing high-profile conferences targeting senior investment professionals.

This position includes creating dynamic agendas, recruiting speakers, and managing speakers for annual legacy conferences. You will work alongside marketing, delegate sales, sponsorship sales, and event operations teams, with opportunities to travel and assist onsite at events.

This role offers exposure to career development within the Content department and across the company. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Note: This is a 6-month FTC with a salary of £28,000 per year (pro-rata).

Responsibilities:
  1. Update internal systems with speaker registrations
  2. Proof and update the website and conference mobile app
  3. Organize speaker preparation calls
  4. Provide on-site support during events, including travel across the US
  5. Support the creation of new events in existing or new markets

This role is suitable for recent graduates with office experience who are:
