Remote (Netherlands-based) 6-month contract with high potential to extend €29/hour

Are you a digital native with a passion for online communities, local culture, and creative content? We're hiring a Local Content Seeder to help grow and energise online communities across Switzerland and Austria.

You'll play a key role in shaping the voice of local conversations, creating engaging content, and driving meaningful interactions on one of the world's largest community platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute content strategies tailored to local online communities
• Curate and create authentic, engaging content (text, image, video)
• Spark and moderate conversations that encourage organic growth
• Stay on top of local trends and ensure they're reflected across relevant forums
• Analyse performance and continuously improve engagement strategies

What You Bring:

• Based in the Netherlands (role is remote, but location is required)
• Fluent in Swiss German and familiar with Austrian culture and language
• Active contributor to online communities, with a deep understanding of community dynamics
• Proven ability to create content that resonates across platforms

Nice to Have:

• Experience on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or X (Twitter)
• Background as a Reddit moderator or active community member
